Remember that deep dish cookie recipe? It’s a snow day for me so I tried it out! I didn’t have everything it needed, so I substituted vanilla essence and brown sugar for vanilla sugar, whole wheat flour for self raising mixed with a touch of plain, and chocolate chips for crushed up white chocolate! :D
